Arlando Jasper A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Arlando Jasper, is the founder and Pastor of I John Fellowship and the Chief Servant of Fellowship Churches International, a developing fellowship of churches with a focus on spiritual training, education and community engagement. Pastor Jasper is a well-seasoned leader with over 30 years' experience as a Biblical counselor, coach, mentor and leadership specialist. He holds a degree in organizational leadership from Southern Nazarene University and in the fall of 2024 will begin a masters in marriage and family therapy.

In 2009, Arlando married his helpmate and First Lady of the fellowship, LaToya Cyrus. Soon after, they founded I John Ministeries. In 2013, they revamped the ministry, relaunching as I John Fellowship with a fresh vision and greater focus. Along with their daughters Angelena, Amayah and Alyssa, they have worked tirelessly to serve in the fellowship and their local community.

As a 21st Century leader, Arlando believes that the mission of the church is to be a beacon and bridge to lost souls and to exist as a place of encounter for those who would see Jesus. This is the culmination of his life's work & the cause for which he was born.

Rissi Carrey Rissi, a member of the clergy, a therapist , and an emotional focus coach, empowers others to walk in total emotional freedom and gain capacity to live out their purposes to their fullest potential.  Rissi is especially drawn to women who have gone through deep trauma and feel stuck. She is dedicated to unraveling the complex emotional issues that keep women bound.

She uses her signature program, Emotional Detox, to give women the tools to give voice and language to their pain as she guides them through emotional healing, identity work and peeling back the layers of self-doubt and crippling fear. Rissi also offers inner healing from generational trauma, physical trauma, unmet needs, and unresolved issues for those who desire a forward-living, purpose-driven life.

Rissi is a licensed minister, a graduate of Institute for Integrative Nutrition—the largest holistic education for health and wellness in the United States—and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social work. Rissi’s unique experiences demonstrate her interest in the integration of social work and spirituality, and her desire to bridge spirituality and evidence-based research in relation to emotional well-being.

To this end, Rissi founded Risoasis Inc, a business dedicated to wellness and wholeness in the mind, body, soul and spirit. Sebastian Holley Pastor Sebastian Holley accepted the "Call" to preach in 2003. He has attended seminary at Covington School of Theology, North Carolina School of Theology and Higher Place Christian University. Sebastian received his A.A. in Biblical Studies, BA in theology, MDiv. in theology and PhD in Christian Counseling. Also certified as a John Maxwell Leadership Team Member. Serves as Lead Pastor of Unity Worship Church in Cartersville, Georgia. Sebastian also regularly ministers leadership conferences and church growth training for several organizations across racial and denominational lines. He has also served on missions abroad; leadership conferences in St. Vincent, in the Caribbean, as well as Kitale, Kenya. Pastor Sebastian Holley has written and published several books, he is a song writer, music producer and an audio engineer.
